Tagging @Norilsk on this cause he had his warrantied at same KM
But anyways just got back home from the dealer. So turns out the clunk I had while shaking wheel side to side when stationary was the rack.

I'd post video but not loud enough to hear it. The ambient noise from just turning the wheel masks it and then cant hear it outside over the engine on video at least as I've tried. Most I can post is this video which I posted before of a pop I get in the front end, which I showed to the dealer as well and they think its all connected as its the knuckle binding up and popping etc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8h2QGDgAzek

But knew there was something and when holding tie rod you can feel the click/clunk

Well anyways dealer looked at it and its t"the knuckle where the inner rod attaches to the rack."
Obviously dealer being dealer is right away saying suspension lift, not covering yada yada. Luckily I knew the sales rep as I bought it from same dealer and he talked to the new service department as all the older guys I knew that would likely address this, to contact corporate about it and look for approval. So they took pictures etc and waiting on reply. Hoping they'll warranty but who knows. There is a lot going on so who knows.

Same time sounds like it could just be inner tie rod and they're just going to replace whole rack

    Make it short front end:
total chaos UCA, dirt king stock length LCA, fox 2.5 extended length coilover w/ 700lbs springs, spindle and cam tab gussets. ARB front bar and winch. Set up for 2" of lift.

Dealer is obviously right away pointing to all of this saying the slight lift changes the inner tie rod angle to the rack causing the failure.
Obviously we all know plenty do the same 2" or more lift and havent had issues.
So this is likely a issue with the rack as this slight change should not be causing failure that quick.

So I'm curious who else has had an issue?
