we are actually calling people back that were Fired,bringing them back as an operator even if they never were an operator,give them a couple thousand dollar bonus and their pay is only a happy meal away from most operators that have served well for years and then yell at us when they flub and blame it on us not training them well!! some do well but others scare me, they are goin to get hurt.if you cant start a lawnmower how can you change the oil and sharpen the blade

My dietician told me to have a small snack a couple hours before bedtime. This counters the sugar low and keeps from the over release of insulin which is better for you. You'll get a lower morning test if you normally have a higher (than acceptable) test. Your A1C will be lower but, on the day you do labs you'll have a higher than normal blood sugar reading. As long as your doc and dietician are talking then it's a non issue.

If you want something sweet, the thing I hear most recommended are the little flavor packets you can add to a bottle of water...just don't let your dog drink it.

Hey Danthe Quad Graphics/RRdonnelley merger fell through.The DOJ basically blocked it.our stock has bottomed out,Quad has to pay RRD 45 million for pulling out which is a drop in the bucket compared to our 2018 debt.way over my head, but we are swamped busy!
