Awesome. If there are open spots in the list of 24 I’d be interested...

Burn them on the gasser and scrape. Dishwasher once in awhile.

Water pan I never put water in but always wrap in foil. After smoking unwrap foil and toss, done.

I have 2 paddles now, one for the grillgrates and another for the kettles and smoker grates.

    wood paddle.jpg

They are 5" wide and the geometry doesn't work quite so well on the round kettles. I need a narrower paddle. Could use the jigsaw but still wouldn't have that cool logo on it that those others ones have!

Any way I could get one of those 24?

Just take my damn money :spending:

Maybe a piece of paper/cardboard to get the right curve for your grill?

I can put a different bevel on it. Thats easy fix, these are much narrower coming in a about 3.25" wide.

Random question.....for y'all with a blackstone or such, if I'm just cooking something small and not needing the whole griddle, should I still warm the whole thing to avoid warping?? Seems like if I just heat the one side it may lead to warping....:notsure:
