Might be a little soft out there, and you might get sprinkled on. FYI. Also remember you need to have your TX offroading sticker! Most jeep or hunting places have them I believe.

There's a group of us going to Bridgeport tomorrow 6/8 for the BF Goodrich event. You can roll with us if you'd rather not be alone.

Hey guys I just got a Tacoma and im living up in the Sherman, TX area for a bit. Seems like Bridgeport is the closest place to offroad, I'll have 33" tires in about a week and I think I need to really test em out ya know? What is the difficulty of the trails there and do you know of any other good places to 4wheel nearby? Also are there some taco groups that get together?

I would recommend Barnwell Mountain in Gilmer over Bridgeport. The map for Bridgeport is pretty bad and trails aren't really marked well. Easy to get lost and end up in a bad spot and have to find a way to turn around. Quite the opposite at BMRA. Some of the trails were getting to be in bad shape but believe there's been some maintenance recently. Trails are marked and rated well. More fun but easy trails at BMRA, too.

As far as local meets, come say hi here
