I bought a TRD knock off grille from eBay and it works great other than the fact that it didn't come with a way to install the gasket. The original grille had plastic pins that held it on but the new one doesn't come with these. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so how did you fix it?

I first took a razor blade and cut and peeled the ebay gasket off. Then I took needle nose pliers and pried the gasket off the old grill, then set the gasket on the PRO grille and marked the locations to drill with a sharpie. I found the approximate size drill bit and carefully drilled the holes. I was kinda upset that the ebay grille had a lousy gasket and required some dremel work to make a slot for it to fit on the surround along with having to trim the plastic behind the letters for them all to sit flush, but when all was done, it looks darn close to factory and I'm satisfied with the results.

    Welcome to TW.
I did what @DesertRatliff did using needle nose pliers to squeeze the plastic pins and push out gasket off stock grill. My Pro Grill had pre drilled holes though for a 2013 so I didn't have to do that drilling part.
    Good luck
