Very easy on the truck, but they do need to be pressed in. What I did was use a ball joint press kit, and a 21mm socket was the perfect size to push them in and out. Doesn't require much force, but too much to just push them in by hand.

I took them off. Not hard.

Getting them out was way harder. Used a shop press. 19mm or 22mm fits exactly in the eyelet and will push the whole bearing out. The first side undid, I was only pushing on the misalignment, hoping it would work. It didn't. Ended up pushing out just the inner part, left the race behind. Used a bigger socket and all was great.

Going back in, the same socket to get em out and a mallet. Anti seize ev err ree thang
I'd say this would be a bigger pain in the ass to do on the truck, honestly.

    Sorry to hear that.

    Welcome anyway

No problem. If you go that route, this will be the one time I recommend using a hand tool over ugga dugga’s, since it really requires minimal force. Gives more control and easy to get it perfect.

I did some danger close stuff with A-10’s back in 1993. Could feel those rounds hitting the target.
Damn. How does that happen? Did you call King about it.

Not sure how it happened. I bought these King's second hand and I don't know how beat they were by the previous owner. Maybe he beat them like I do? I don't baby my truck at all, so I'm thinking it's just normal wear and tear combined with winter weather and being the type of joint it is.

Just came across a massive amount of those spotted lantern flys. All adult age per what I just found online. Killed one then notice the 50 others. Contacted the PSU website to report this since the workers at this place didn’t care and said it was the building managements problem.

Was told by an arborist they wouldn't be a problem in our area until next June...so much for his knowledge on lantern flies. It's bad enough I have an ash thats infected with the ash borer and killing it, now we have to put up with the lantern flies :annoyed:. They were in the Limerick area last year and they were all over like a swarm of locust(Vegas is really getting hit with them hard) in Biblical proportions. :laser:to fight back...
