I know I've already asked the question in here, but anyone know where to find tear-aid in the SL Valley?

    Not much stock left.
And, if it’s in the SLC warehouse, then you can get it same day.

Anyone Interested in a Baja Designs 40" Stealth Light Bar? They don't make this anymore and it was replaced by the "S8" series. I have had this on my truck for a while but it's time to switch up my lighting situation. I have been a big time fan of baja designs ever since they started making dual sport kits in the 90's. They are by far the leader in Optics design. I have spent alot of time Pre-running down in Baja and Southern California using this light bar. You can drive for an entire night with this bar on and not have any eye strain. I ran this bar on my roof along with some ditch lights on my A and B pillars. That is all the light I needed. You will notice race trucks that run baja designs lights don't have an excessive number of lights. That is because the lights are designed correctly. The phrase "less is more" is how I describe this light bar.

    - For OFFROAD USE ONLY. Do not turn this bar on while driving on the highway.
    - It has three modes, Normal, Dim, and Strobe. Requires the use of a Momentary switch for the dim and strobe functions.
    - Made in the USA.
    - The optics are configured as a Driving/ Combo, meaning the center two sections are a "spot" reflector and the sides are a wide cornering.
    - Comes with a cover/ rock guard for when you are on-road. **Required by UHP code**
    - Ill even throw in some brackets for easy mounting.
    - Overall bar length is 41.875" and then has another 1/2" on either side which are the mounting studs.
    - The anodizing on one side has faded from black to a golid-ish color. It looks kinda cool. Aside from the faded anodizing, it still has much life left.
    - The bar can be taken apart and serviced. ***Most Chinese bars cannot be taken apart***

    Looking for around $550. The new S8 40" is around $850 - $900 new.

I agree. Stay out. (That way I can enjoy my secret fishing and hiking spots without people). I’ve been going up there for 55 years and know where to go. ATVs have really ruined it though.

Amazon...great place to buy things from and like others I buy sh!t from them all the time, but I know first hand that place is the modern day American version of a sweat shop slavery.

Do you have a source for this requirement? All I was able to find was this in Section 1616:
That sounds like as long as you don't have them lighted you should be ok, and I couldn't find a reference to light covers anywhere, so I'm curious.

I still haven't found anything to buy that qualifies for same day, even though I'm apparently in the right area

The new warehouse must be still learning ... in the past month I've gotten one completely empty package, and one weird feminine hygiene product instead of the thing I ordered :bananadead:

Nice looking truck. Have you been down the branded title road before? I'd recommend holding off till you can save up more for a clean one.

I haven't but I know this guy pretty well and he does good work fixing stuff. He's worked on my truck a couple times. What i'm more worried about with a branded title is the difficulty when it comes time to sell. I know a lot of people don't dig this color but it's one of my favorites so it has me thinking.

That is where we bought our truck from. I am going in Monday for my 15,000 mile service and also to have warranty work done on my 3rd brake light due to cracks from sun damage or something like that. It did seem like the shop foreman was a bit stand-offish about that one. He walked up and looked quickly and just said yep impact damage and walked off. I had to get a tad confrontational and let him know nothing impacted it. Once he felt it and noticed the cracks were on the interior of the lens he went ahead and ordered the part. I'll let you know how the work turns out. I have to say I'm not looking forward to them having to take down the headliner.

Other than that bit of confrontation I have been pretty happy except for the bit of grease they got on my seat covers when they did the oil change. With that being said I have an independent mechanic that I'm extremely happy with and once the free services are done I will be going to them for anything other than recall or warranty work.

Hey guys, I started getting some front diff vibes and ordered ECGS's needle bearing replacement bushing and was wondering if anyone had any tips/ tool recommendations to make the swap easier. I couldn't bring myself to pay $45 for their removal tool but would gladly pay someone $20 to let me borrow theirs if you've got one lying around.
