I love the 80s but I think I want the V8 and the refinement of the 100....i know I know. Sheesh I think I paid 18k for the 99 I built up in 2008 I think? Had the locker and rear air and 30k miles and bone stock and no body work and all original panels and almost perfect. Maybe it was 2010? And maybe I paid more but I really doubt it knowing me. I waited to find the one I wanted but a price I wanted. What a shame on the current pricing. We need a gas price crisis to give us a hand ;):D

Yeah they kinda took you for a ride it sounds like. But just FYI most of them do mark the parts up anywhere from 50 to 100% markup. This helps them cover the cost of a new one if they end up having to warrant it for you. You get a warranty right? 90 day or a year or something?

I like them, the 470 and 460. But I dunno, I admit I'm biased to the true Land Cruiser. And I need it's prices to go down.
The other parts of the world can't believe that we can get Cruisers so cheap here, they die

I'm sure I'd roll around laughing then. Don't know why it's so funny, but I just accept that it is:rofl: I still remember the old friend that got me into working in my own stuff and then rebuilding engines when he'd slam his fingers or whatever: HIJO DE MIL PUTAS, LA RE-CONCHA DE TO RE-PUTA MADRE!!!
Oh I would die laughing so hard and he would when I'd hurt myself Lmfao :Doh the good ol days

I get it that they mark it up but holy shit! Or it be made of gold...

Hmm, I'll have to ask about a warranty. Good call. And if that POS craps out in 91 days or 366 days, I'm going postal!

they say light colors hide dents and wrinkles better, after all. Plus I could throw some ivan stewart style stripes on there to break it up

thanks man! I dig em too. They collect complements everywhere, I think I'm the first to run them on a 1st gen that I know of. Then @JasonLee had to copy me with the same but darker FJ wheels :luvya:
