I have a led light bar mounted on a Baja rack on a snug top super sport.
What is the best route to run the power back to the battery?

    Thanks

probably through your canopy would be the cleanest...i know drilling it may not be awesome but with the right epoxy sealant it would be fine and then down the side through the bedside and then to the frame rail. Otherwise you'll have to just run it down between the cab and the canopy.

Fat Bob's lift kit, 30's on stock steelies, lunchbox locker in the rear, and a ton of other general mods and additions to help the utility of the truck for my particular uses.
Reviving an old thread, how'd it turn out? In the same boat ATM and looking for solutions.

I would have run the wire down the rack foot then forward and down the front of the shell, onto the front of the bed then forward under the cab and up through the rubber grommet that's under the plastic panel in the door opening. Secure the wire in place with the wire keepers with 3M double sided adhesive on them. Alternately you could run the wire down the back of the cab instead. I would use a waterproof connector in-line so that you can easily disconnect it if/when you want to remove the shell.

If I were going to drill through the shell I'd use a marine cable pass through. The wire will vibrate and move some so I wouldn't want to try using silicon or marine sealant; besides that, the pass through is a cleaner install.
