Long time first gen owner and new to second gens and about ready to take mine out for some backcountry deer hunting and scouting trips and wondering what spares everyone is packing for these trucks?
Specs for my truck so far are 2006 dclb
    285/70 r17 falken at3
Dakar rear springs with ads bolt in triple bypass
Ads ex 2.5 coilovers up front and wheelers super bumps. That’s about it so far I’m keeping it pretty basic and factory ish I’ll have a bedrack for my rtt and a front bumper and winch before I head out

Are those rust spots on your roof? Looks like a flying saucer landed up there.

Spare belt, spare plugs (2), spare headlight bulb, spare fuses, tire repair kit, tool kit with the usual junk in it. Do your PMs like you should and you shouldn't need much if you aren't wheeling it hard in the rocks.

The one that came with the truck - spare tire.

Bag of tools if I wander from home. No matter what tools you pack, there will always be one you need that you didn't bring.

Thanks for the actual input on parts I’ll be picking up both of those in the next few days. As far as tools ya I always try to go prepared, I’m not new to wheeling or overlanding in any way just new to this generation of truck

Every truck is different, when I ran a Toyota front axle I packed knuckle studs. In my last truck I packed lower ball joints, rear u joint, carrier bearings. Just trying to feel these ones out
