    I have on hand a ecgs needle bearing removal tool that a friend used on his 7.5 clamshell 1st gen. Does anyone know if it can be used on my 8” second gen ??

    Okay so I got measurements of the tool and the small key that is pushed through the bearing is 1-7/16 over all length

    Is there anyway you could measure yours? I feel like they should be the same since all 7.5”, 8”, and 9” share the same passenger side seal number.

    So the one for a 7.5” is 1.42 and the one for a 8” is 1.54

    So there is a difference.
