replaced my camburg uniball 1.25”. The new ones I just ordered from Wheelers Off-road refuse to pivot in their sleeve... any thoughts? It’s impossible to seat them in the spindle as is. Should I send them back?

new uniballs could be really hard to move around after being pressed in. put the misalignments in the uniball and stick a screwdriver thru to move it around or the bolt if it is long enough.
also make sure you got the correct uniballs.

Definitley got the right ones, confirmed that with Camburg. I also spoke to them about this issue and their answer was that sometimes the actual cup for the uniballs isn't perfectly round, and when you place new ones in there that are already prone to not moving since they are new, so they recommended pulling out the uniballs and finding the orientation of the uniballs in the cup that they most easily slide in.
