I ordered a set of Level 8 MK6 wheels and am going to swap out the lugs for black acorn-style lug nuts. I'm not sure if I need to go with 21mm or 19mm, but my tire tool has both sizes on it in case I need to take them off. Does it matter which size I go with?

Probably will need ET lug nuts and will probably need something like gorilla spline drive, 19 may still be too big. 19 min. to try. Aftermarket wheels don't give a lot of space for normal hex lugnuts.

Please forgive my ignorance but I'm not familiar with the terms. From a search it looks like the ET is just extra length for the actual studs? Not sure about the spline drive. I see a lot of people from searches on the forum recommending going to Wheeler's Off Road and getting them from there as well.

Yes ET stands for extended threads. The tacoma having such short studs they should have them with the aftermarket wheels to get the correct thread engagement for safety reasons.
These right here will work, wheelers is also a good place to get them.

Thanks for the link. I've not used a lug like this - that extended length will fit in the lug hole in any aftermarket wheel?

Not all aftermarket wheels are drilled to accept an et lug but The level 8s should be since they are set up for Toyotas

I've got FN Wheels Six Shooters. Guess I need to call Dustin and find out if these are drilled for them. Thanks man.

Should be most truck wheels are drilled and set up for yota but the chevy's can use them. All other vehicles with the same lug pattern have smaller hub bores and longer studs so to fit as many vehicles as they can wheel manufacturers build off the yota then you have to adapt with hub rigs for the rest.
