BAMF bought the abandoned warehouse inventory and started copying the bumpers with some enhancements, though it's offered in steel only: http://bayareametalfab.3dcartstores.com/Bumpers_c_23.html

Bending thick aluminum (like in the winch box area) without cracking is tricky. The Pelfreybilt contract fabricator (Lasernut?) did a good job. Workmanship on my bumper is superb lol.

Got a question if anyone's been round Foymount? There is a couple of trails that branch off at Granzies lake where there one was an old military base back in the 60's (part of NORAD) and was wondering if anyone here's actually been on them or at least heard of them?

Been driving around Bonnechere caves and saw on a map there was and old lookout point/ base and thought to check it out. it is a ghost town and has been for quite some time (i've read some articles about Canadian ghost towns written 20 years ago), so figured i'd swing by and take a look into it

of4wd; reports nothing other than the road leading to the lake
Gaia GPS maps show a small branch that's not even 100m long

Anyone know how to disable the rear air bag in order to get the panel off to tap a dent out. 20190706_145609.jpg Everywhere ive been says they need to do it from the inside not outside, n cheapest quote is $600. Figured id take a stab at it myself

That plastic piece pulls out and held by the clips if we are talking about area where your seatbelts are in the rear.

disconnecting that specific airbag wire also helps if he doesn’t want to disconnect battery (i.e. loose settings).

You only lose setting if it's off for a long time.

Mine was disconnected for 3 days and I didn't lose anything...

You might want to try a dent puller. There are various kits available.

As Joe23 said, just disconnect the battery. The CSAB likely doesn't go back that far, so you wouldn't need to disturb it. Just take the garnish off, then you'll see if you need to loosen or remove the air bag.
I'm not sure how many layers of metal would be there, but if you're lucky there's only 1.

Ill try that, Disconnect the battery before i pop that plastic piece on the pillar off. I was about to buy a dent puller but too many shops said its too deep they need to heat it and push from the inside. Ill more than likely try anyways before i go from inside.

Or just leave it and never look at that spot ever again

When you consider all that's there that's actually not a bad price. I was looking at cottages in the area and they're $400k
