The 6112 are adjustable 0-2" will i need a diff drop if i lift the front 1 inch? - No

also will the 5160 lift the truck or will i need a block or an add a leaf? - The 5160's will not lift the rear of the truck.

One other suggestion, if you live where they salt roads. I would coat shocks with a protectant, like SharkHide. They will corrode very fast with road salt. I learned the hard way.

Did you "learn the hard way" while using 5100s, 6112s, or 5160s?

Only asking because they're zinc coated, I havent seen them corrode. I would be surprised to see the painted 4600s or OME Nitros corrode though.

I have 6112s, and 5160s, 15 TRD Pro suspension. They corroded big time. Turned a very dull grey. I ended pulling them of. polishing them and coating them with SharkHide. They pound the salt and chems here in upper Midwest crazy heavy.

Ah, sounds like oxidation. That makes sense, I was thinking of rust. They coat them to prevent rust, I have seen them oxidize though. Luckily we dont get much road salting here.
