I like the old rubber ones better. Has anyone done it, or tried to fit them. The gen 1 requires a bracket mounted to the inner fender, then the rubber flap mounted to this bracket. Wondering if that bracket may bolt to a gen 2? From the pictures I'm seeing, the new ones are molded, hard plastic. What year did that start??

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
I made my own for rear on 2nd gen. But my fenders had been cut up for bigger tires so couldn't buy any direct bolt-ons.

Picked up a mudflap from side of the road that fell off a big rig. Cut to size and ran bolts with big washers to hold it.
