Made the mistake of ordering my 2019 Sport with manual and not automatic. (long history of stick driving). Squeeky clutch pedal. Whats up with that? Looks like a hard plastic curved lever sliding on a round spring... Very strange. Must have been a first year engineer. No noise on the deploy push, but tons of racket on the release. Mostly at the top. First 1/2 - 3/4 inch travel. Wanted to try greasing, but not sure which area. Don't want another issue with grease/dirt build up. Any one else driving stick?

Common issue, do a search, it can be relieved.

178,000 miles on my 2010 and it never bothered me enough to care. I think it’s the fork though.(or whatever it’s called.) I’m pretty sure it’s not the pedal and not inside the truck.

I have experience with this issue.

I have a 2017 TRD sport manual 6 speed. At around the 15,000 mile warranty service I started noticing a squeak that I thought was coming from the left side front end. The service guy took a ride with me around the block but we couldn’t hear the sound while he was there. of course.
By the time the 20,000 mile service came along I figured out it was coming from the clutch pedal. This time they test drove it themselves and confirmed that my clutch pedal indeed was squeaky. They told me it was a common problem but not a recall. And that they would replace my clutch pedal, clutch cylinder and the hydraulic line all the way down to the transmission. For free.
I Made an appointment came back and they fixed it, and what they replaced it with was not the same assembly, but a new and improved clutch pedal. maybe from the 2018/2019 models. It felt different, kind of like some compound leverage design that released easier on the end of the clutch pedal range. It’s hard to explain.
Anyways the service rep told me they don’t replace all of them, only the ones that squeek. If you’re still under warranty, go talk to them. or if your warranty is expired. try it anyways.
    Good luck!
