I wish I could do that, but Windows is ending Windows 7 at the end of the year.

I feel ya. I was already on win10 and flashing away then it updated itself and left me flapping in the breeze. zendesk will fix you up.

OK, been running 1.5.1 both 93 and 87 for a while.
I had an issue with the 87 octane and pinging (BTW, also had the same problem stock, been back and forth via zendesk over it), so I went back to 93 octane last tank still on the 1.5.1 87 octane tune. Flashed the 2.0 tune this afternoon and all I can say is...
WOW. VERY happy with the shifting, power, and the previous issues I had with the 93 octane tip-in are gone. A great balance during the admittedly few test drives I've had this afternoon.

GREAT work Mat, I can't wait to see what the final release brings! I can't wait to put more miles on it tomorrow!

No, when I open P5Flash, it opens toyflash, and the items like "Identify", "Read it", "Flash it", etc are greyed out.

Sorry man. I am not that familiar with the dongle-less software.

Perhaps one of the other guys that is can help you further?...

Flashed 87 2.0 running 91 octane. Put about 60 miles on it just now and what a difference over 1.05

Shifts are much smoother and the pedal is very responsive and accurate with input. Had 91 performance which had way too much tip in for my taste. However, 2.0 in my opinion has the sweet spot for tip in. Great job Mat and OVtune. Can't wait for the fully polished version.

*gas milage dropped a little is this to be expected while the tune settles in?

Seems like I remember Mat telling people with this problem to right click the FM icon and run as Administrator. Not sure but can try it

After the quick drive earlier on 2.0, Took it to work and back lots of 55mph stop and go and freeway. Getting on the freeway is so much better, No more 6k rpm when getting up to speed like before and much more enjoyable to drive at freeway speeds. and holds gears nice even in Drive.

The only thing that stood out to me was it shifts at 3100 to 3300 rpm in 1st 2nd and 3rd. from 3rd to 4th it shifts what feels early at 2300 to 2500, I can feel it hit that power point then shifts. and 5th and 6th are normal shifts. Its definitely smooth shifts and not jumpy like before and the higher shift points are a win for sure.
The truck is way better to drive and feels amazing or how it should from the factory!

Oh really? Dang I thought I had been keeping up with this pretty well, didn't see that part. Guess I just need to decide if I want to wait for the handheld or just use my daughters computer then.

Quick review of 93 2.0 Beta. Shifting is excellent, like a previous poster said, you can just get in and drive. I still have a slight 2>1 clunk, but it is much softer than it was in stock or 1.05 (I didn't reset any learning values though). There is still a slight shudder at low rpms from 48-55mph, but OVTune stated that this would be resolved in the full release. Averaging between 22-25mpg city driving, a huge jump from the 16-18mpg in stock form.

Somehow, this release is 100% better than 1.05, which was already 100% better than stock. I WILL be buying dump tubes and a y-pipe, I don't care if I have to sound deaden the cabin. Finally this truck performs like it should, how Toyota hasn't hired Mat yet is beyond me. If/when he moves to another platform, this community will be at a great loss. What he has done to fix this truck is truly amazing.

I am an OG dongle user, and if I had to buy now, I would go with the Handheld and not be tied to a PC. I prefer to keep my dongle for now though.

Having used flashpro for Hondas in the past on a laptop compared to the COBB access port on WRX's I'd much prefer having the handheld.

Initial feedback/review from first drive on 2.0 Beta 93 this morning. Tip in is nice, slightly more aggressive than my previous tune, 1.05 Base, but not as sensitive as Performance. Like how it downshifts quickly when accelerating at highway speeds (passing). Seems to have more torque under 2000 rpm. Noticed the downshifts are little abrupt when braking to a stop and IMO up-shifting a little too soon with light throttle acceleration but not as bad as 1.05. MPG on my 90% highway was 20.5, not bad for a the first drive as MPG usually takes a hit during initial settling. So already a nice improvement over 1.05. Good job @OVTune !

They would have sold a lot more trucks if it came this way from the factory!
