2012 fog lights in a 2009?

    Hola,
    I'm interested in putting some KC foglights in the factory locations on my 2009, but they only have versions for 2012 and up. So far I've been able to find that the 2012's are a smaller diameter than the '09 ones, but that's all I've been able to find.
    Has anyone done this (regardless of whether you used KC's or some other brand designed to fit 12 and up)? If so, how much customization did it take?
