Custom front clip?

I expect this would be a pretty big undertaking both in terms of time and money, but what might it take to produce custom fenders, grille and hood? I realize too that there’d be considerable work in moving the headlights etc.

Just sitting at the airport waiting for a connecting flight and coming up with lofty ideas.

What you want is a nice 2015. They are sans proboscis.

 

SSO’s has the winch mount bumper for 5th gen 4Runners where you can make a high clearance cut. Last I saw they were making something (or have made something?) for the 3rd gen Tacoma also. That’s your best bet imo. Otherwise you can have a fab shop do a custom low-pro tube bumper that fits in the lower valence center section and then do a custom high clearance cut of the remainder of the bumper.
