How do I remove these Sensors. Timing cover removal

    Looks like I need to remove these sensors. I would hate to break one. Can anyone help me out?

    The like to break, soak them and try to rotate them, I usually push up on them from inside while gently rotating them out.

    Good luck!!!!

    I think what I usually do is simply bend the tabs so I can get the bolts out.
