He'll add them way ahead of time so you can sign up for email alerts/notifications. Gonna be a while I feel like. I'm sure I'll be upgrading from v4s to v5s, and to the superdome when it comes out.

 

Yup and the Hex Third

 

Yep. Haven't done anything with the third brake light yet. Hex will be a must, and will probably do gecko's LEDs in the bed at the same time. Once the XBs finally get here I'll have nothing but LED lighting throughout the truck. That makes me happy

Im currently running red maps, white dome, puddles, v2 turns, and stage 2 tails. Just installed my retrofits this week. I just need that hex third and i'm golden.

And same here, couldn't resist the puddles when they came out, and saw the stage 2 tails in stock by random chance of luck and impulsively pulled the trigger ended up getting some OEM pro tails and immediately started cutting plastic for the stage two adapter. That wasn't the best of feelings haha, but sooooo worth it once they were installed.

So funny that you mention that. First thing I changed on the truck with less than 100 miles on it was the rear chrome bumper caps to paint matched ones. managed to not just bust the one plate bulb, but somehow destroyed the housing... $15 bucks later on Amazon and got new LED boards in new OEM shaped housings. They're almost too bright lol

I’ve seen the replacement license plate led housing. Wondered about those, do they glare the rear cam at all?

Makes it very difficult to see anything on screen when reversing at night

These are what I got. I kinda want to swap them to something dimmer, or just put a little tint film on them so I can see out the rear camera a little easier at night.

I did the same thing with my tails. Got the OEM pro's and started cutting haha. So happy with them though. Here's the only pic I have on my work PC of my retrofits. Forgot to mention that I have the stage 1 meso side markers too.....I start to lose count of all the stuff of his I have. Got the keyfob too if that counts haha.

Is there going to be an option (or is there a model in the past) that has always-on ambers when you're switched to parking lights or full headlights on the dial?

 

If I'm not mistaken, amber v5's will be on when drl, parking, and headlights are on

 

Any chance v5’s will be off when switched to off, on with drl, and dimmed with headlights full on? Would be awesome to retain the stealthiness of the V4’s

 

I think from what I’ve seen they are full time DRL. Then switch to amber for turn / hazards.

 

@MESO any idea on when the next drop will be of these? I just purchased the puddle lights and thought I might save some time and do both mods at the same time. Thanks for everything

Nothing to do with the turn signals, but Meso is having a sale on the gasholes. 15 bucks and free shipping. You can't beat that. I love his products. Also I've noticed on his home page he puts up whatever he's working on for the next batch. That's how I knew about the sale. Still waiting for the ultimate turn signals so I can install them and the puddle lights all at once. And upgrade my speakers lol
