Me too. There is no need for it. Every single non competition rifle I have (except my lever action guns) wear a can.

Love the VXR. The lighted reticle is awesome in low light conditions. Never had any issues with it. Dialed it in and go!

I’ve beat it up on hikes and in trucks and it’s always dead on. Has an auto-off feature too. Helps save batteries. The one pictured is a 3-9 x 40. I’m really thinking about the 4-12 x 50mm for the Weatherby. I’m trying to get a Pronghorn hunt together and would love to use the 3-9 x 40mm, but need a little more magnification for longer distance. Watch Cabelas and they’ll put them on sale from time to time

About to take the Chocolate Taco to the ranch for a little shooting. I started a 500 yard range this year so we can get a little mid range trigger time. Here are pic from the Container to 500 yard targets, and from the targets back to the container. I will try to take a few pics of the bench set up.
We have steel plates at 200, 300, 400, and 500. The 500 has the coyote with the clay bird holes through out.

Nice, that is a small hole for 500 yards! Seems fun though.

Those small holes werent too hard to hit. Took me 8 shots with the 260. Only shot 4 times with the 6br and the cows started moving in. So I had to shut'r down for a while. Here are a few pics from this weekend. 20190803_112346.jpg

    Ditto.
    Been wanting reloader myself.
Just to justify hoarding the brass.

Hope it doesn't go nuts again.
