Ya I will have a bunch of late hours this week, these two projects are like 10 bldgs at once... so much crap to deal with.

This is becoming more the norm, and mgt does little to nothing about it.

 

Your showing them the wrong pipe...., sometimes the just need a good ass whoopin but that will get ya in trouble. Myself and my co-worker look at the group we work with and just think good thing Im not your manager....bunch of cry-babies.

 

I had an issue this week about something, couldn't even sleep....had to just let it go so that i could

 

I like my manager but he tends to have a soft hand on how to handle things, not saying it wrong but in our line of work if we don't show up and make a presence then the project will just run over us and in the end not work. So much fun dealing with General contractors at times.

He is totally different then previous manager, its has its good and bad. Just got to remind him to do things for me or get information on certain things... He is also the same one if you tell him something, just wait 30 min, everyone else will know as well.

Yea I put in cheap crap here but at least it’s new and it’s low water pressure. The barn is a different story. I’m actually going to have an old school double galvanized washtubs for kitchen sink with wall mount faucet
