Thanks for putting this together @Mademan925

I’m honestly so excited about having this baby that I haven’t really put much thought into everything that we might need for her. I think my wife mentioned something about Honest Diapers. She’s a total hippie, so I guess that makes sense.

I think the idea of a baby jar will work well. With me being a total baby noob, and my wife’s prego brain constantly changing, this is probably the best bet.

But don’t feel compelled to bring anything if it’s going to prevent you from coming. Mod days are for you guys and I want to make sure we help as many folks as possible. I’ll ask Nick to keep up with the OP, then on the week if, I’ll send my address via PM.

Thanks again guys. Truly appreciate it.

Oh and I have mods this time!

I installed my new Deavers on the wrong sides, so I can use help swapping them (driver to passenger, and vice versa). It’s such a pain in the ass to do them solo.

We used Honest with our 2nd kid. We liked the diapers and service but the kid developed a rash with them (no clue why). Just be on top of changing sizes before the shipment so you don’t end up with a ton of wrong sizes. Also pretty cool they do theme designs, got some SF Giants ones before we stopped the service.

Happy to send some suggestions of things we had to have and things we never used. After 3 kids we pretty much used all the variations haha.

Also congrats! You guys will be amazing parents.

    Thanks Rob!

I think I saw some of those diapers at Target, and I hear they're pretty reasonable with exchanging for different sizes.

Hmm wish I could go to this. New to the area and would love to meet some more people. Parents are visiting that weekend and I'm not sure this is what they expect to be doing...

Yeah I would buy a pack to check them out first. They are a bit stiffer than pampers (what we use now) so some people had issues with that. When is the kid due?

    enough to go over stuff

Lisa is a hippy when it comes to the baby. she bought hundreds of dollars of re-usable diapers then she relized it was gross and sometimes your changing the baby 3 times an hour and then you relaize it doesnt really matter what diaper they have on as long as they dont leak. Your looking at like 20 diapers a day when they are little. it adds up quick.

Yea I think we’re gonna go disposable for the first few couple months when it’s hell, then transition to reusable (hopefully)
