I had a very similar issue. Bought new wheels and tires. Vibration. Shaking steering. One tire was bad per Hunter Road Force. Replaced it but problem was still there. After another balance I bought a new set of tires. First was Faulken, second set is Cooper. Didn't help. I just bit the bullet and got new wheels from Toyota. Problem gone after months of aggravation. Good luck.

I worked at a discount tire and got some 35" ko2's put on and they were fine until I rotated them. Really bad vibes. My advice would be to start rotating them one by one. If you feel it in the wheel, you know it's a front. Move one side front to rear, drive, repeat. You'll know the problem tire/wheel assembly when you move it to the rear and the vibe is gone.

Hunter machines are not always 100% accurate. As for the hub centering issues, it's a possible cause, but I've never ran into that issue. I always suspect the tire or wheel first.

Do you have any noise in your steering rack? I have a suspicion that my bushings are bad but I haven't done the other fixes first. I have a very slight vibration above 70 mph and haven't been able to confirm exactly where it comes from but I get some creaking from the front end at slow speeds that I suspect is the rack of the UCA ball joints. Steering rack is buried so it will probably be the last resort.

Ended up getting some Level 8 MK6 wheels and getting them put on. Vibration is still there but doesn't seem as bad in some places, seems worse on other roads. No idea what it could be at this point.

Update, I took some rims and tires off a 01 tundra and put them on, and had those tires balanced. the vibration is still there. I found out my steering rack moves when you turn the tires but it does not move alot, also the steering axle (don't actually know what its called) right below the steering wheel has movment in the bushing/bearing (the u-joints look fine).
