Afternoon all, long week.

 

I know it can be hard. Keep at, my job has been like this since I've started my current one 5 years ago. I'm constantly taking on new work, training a revolving door of people who try to learn a tough program with only 80% success rate. It sucks but is what it is.

I'm not going to be around forever..... They need to get baby E6s to start stepping the fuck up. What will they do when I promote??? Keep me in my position they are about to move me to??? Or maybe they are ensuring I don't promote and every time I go up for promotion it is "we don't think you're ready". Well if you don't put me in to position to help me get and improve as a leader and mentor etc.... How the hell do you expect me to be ready? I don't know what else I can do to be ready...I ask and I get told 'keep doing what you are doing'

 

I can drop papers and walk at this point.... There are a few things holding me back from doing just that....
