When replacing a battery cable on my 1999 Taco 2.7 4X4 I noticed a vacuum line that attaches to the Air filter box and to a metal line over the top of the radiator then to another rubber line. The vacuum line at the other end is not attached any where on the engine. Can someone tell me what this line is and where it should be connected? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
