It’ll fit as a TRD is an SR-5 with more bells and whistles

@Ronzio Thanks for the quick reply. I needed that piece of mind.

It’s a nice kit...however the TC UCAs would be a bad choice on a daily driver 2 reasons: PTFE liner can pop out if you over grease and the misalignment spacer is easily damaged as it comes in contact with the race...slides underneath during articulation that uniball rolls around when the suspension is in motion so it gets squared off something you wouldn’t notice unless looking for it as it may lead to weird suspension noises that will drive you nuts for months for the reasons stated above. Not trying to knock TC it’s strong but the design needs more work. IMO

Thanks for the advice. I have a question about the rear suspension. Since I have a block in place, do I keep it in place or replace with them with a bump stop? In my case I will be using this ride as a daily driver on top of my off roading curiosity. I still want that level look. Basically want to have that smooth ride, mean look, and performance when I see the chance.

For your wants take out he block and adjust the height of the front coils until you are level with rear. The AAL will raise the back which means you can get rid of the block.

Also, you will need to keep the stock bump stop.

This is really helping me choose my route. I havent purchased any items yet. After reading your post and @Rockefelluh I think I’m going to buy the parts individually. Keeping the OEM UCA.
So far the parts I’m looking at are:
Front shock kit 2.5 part#25001-119 w/remote reservoir and no compression adjuster
    Rear shocks 25001-121 w/same options
I’m looking for a rear lift spring to level out the lift and ideas?

If you’re going 2” or higher in lift I’d recommend an aftermarket UCA because it’ll help your alignment numbers become right. The stock UCAs don’t have the adjustability required for higher lifts.

Adding a 1.5 aal, set of 7.5 inch u-bolts and 3 degree aluminum shims would be an inexpensive way to gain the height you want be vibration free and only slightly stiffer than a stock spring.

Going from a spacer lift to Kings. Tacomaworld will do that to you. :spending:
