Austin Area TTC Brewery Hangout (Jester King)

As promised, I'm throwing together an event that will not be at COTA...

Modeling after the very successful meet at Karbach's in Houston yesterday, we're going to meet at Jester King, 13187 Fitzhugh Rd, Austin, TX 78736. Here is a picture:



I've never been there, but the local LandCruiser group has been, a time or two.

The place opens at noon on Saturdays, so I figure we can get there, sniff tailpipes, then head in for a beer or two. I am not organizing anything other than what you're reading right now, so be big boys and girls, and let's make this happen!

I thought of the southsiders when I picked a spot. Oskar Blues was my first thought, but it's up Nort'....

 

Of course you'd pick Jester King... King of the over complicated super fruit infused "beer"...

The place is sweet and The Pizza Joint is good. Luckily they do host other beers there, or at least used to...

But... I miss your ugly face, so I'll probably go anyway

I actually don't like any of the beers they put out, just thought it was a good spot to meet. I'll prolly find something that is drinkable.

If you want to see my ugly face soon, I'm open Friday for a few. There is a meeting of the Reagan's Overlook Coven, so I'll be doing Happy Hour somewhere as a Lone Wolf. Any other Northsiders are also welcome; holler at me!
