Nice. I hope you love it just as much as I love mine!

If you're keeping the rig on IFS, it makes sense, but I'm not about to spend 5/6/700 on UCAs when I'm looking SAS later on down the road.

I never got install instruction, but hopefully this has been resolved by now. I'd be glad to answer any questions if you still have any.

Got my bumper like 1 week ago, and yes it is mint!! Just need to get it painted soon, then buy the winch, then on the truck it is going!! Have you been building your truck recently? Add anything new to it?

Nice! Post some pics once you get it on.

I haven't done anything to the truck as of late. I'm currently looking get a few trips in before Winter rolls around. I need to do some maintenance to the truck and I'll be good to head out for a weekend trip. As for the crawl box, that'll likely go down in Winter since I do want to get the ball rolling on wheeling, but if I get some good amount of time off then I'll definitely spend a weekend installing the crawl box and getting drive shafts of to being redone.

Do you have a instruction manual on how to mount the relentless predator bumper? Mine did not come with one. Thanks!!

Mine was the DIY kit so it only came with instruction on how to weld it together. I'd just send @RelentlessFab or @RelentlessFabrication a message and see what they says, or email them.

Well the last week has been fun. Day in and day out working on getting the dual cases installed.

Started last Friday, with ripping the interior apart, and pulling the old transfer case out of the truck.

Saturday, I was able to get the dual cases in for a dry fit, as well as I pulled the bell housing and pressed out the old seal and bearing for the new extended output seal.

The e-brake cable didn't clear the transfer case. I later pulled it off and bent it a little upwards so it would clear.

    Sunday, I built shifters.

Monday, I dropped of my driveshafts off at South Bay Driveline. I later got home and started wrestling with the ADD wiring.

Tuesday, spent 12 hours wrestling the electrical. :frusty:

Yesterday, I wrestled with the electrical some more before picking my driveshafts.

Went back home to continue to wrestle with the electrical. Never actually got ADD wired up unfortunately. My best bet is that there's some kind of link between the transfer case actuator and diff disconnect. I've temperately used a hose clamp to force the diff disconnect into being always being "actuated." The plan is to move over to manual hubs later with a non-ADD diff tube.

Proceeding that, I put that interior together, bolt the driveshafts up and put oil in both cases.

I got to drive the truck out of the garage Wednesday night, I had the biggest smile across my dumb face. :D

Here's a short video of the dual cases in action.

I knew it would be slow, but damn! I guess I wasn't ready for how slow it was going to be.:turtleride:

Can't wait to see what difference this makes while out crawling!

There is only one thing to note; I didn't clearance the trans tunnel enough or when I bolted the center console back in I lost the clearance I needed, so the very top of the shifter plate for the transfer case hits. Oh well, I'll pull the cases out later and clearance it more either this Winter or whenever I have time.

Love seeing an Inchworm case or two still popping up in these crawlbox installs.

Figured it would be pretty unique to down the the Inchworm route since everyone seems to have Marlin TacoBox.

Did you buy your Inchworm new or find a used one?

I'd like a crawl box, but I can't justify it right now for the cost of new.

Are Inchworm setups still avail? Low range only has trail creeper setups it seems.

    Sweet setup OP

Inchworm line of product were discontinued when TG bought out LR from my understanding. Two option remain if you want to retain the rf1a setup: MC & TG. MC is very popular but the wait period can be up to a year. Majority of the buyer opt to buy from TG due to availability but you won't be disappointed with a tacobox if you're willing to wait.

Don’t get the trail gear crawlbox. It’s not nearly as good as the marlin one. Or the inchworms when they were available.

It's a mix of new and used. Used transmission adapter, housing, triple sticks, and manual transfer case. New Sumo 4.7 gear, transfer case adapter and transfer case shifter plate. Bunch of miscellaneous stuff I bought along the way but that's the major stuff.

Nope. Don't get the TG case either. Best either get a TacoBox or an Atlas 4 speed.

    Thanks man!

Short video from Slick Rock this weekend.

Took a different line compared to my usual line, but this gearing is amazing! Basically feels like I'm cheating.

I'll post photos later after I'm done editing/not dead tired.
