Hey everyone. My rear driveshaft exploded while on a cross country road trip from Utah to Florida. I was able to put the truck in 4wd and drive about 50 miles until my cv axle blew out. Currently stranded on the side of i70 about an hour west of Kansas City. Is there anyone who can help a brother out and would let me park my Tacoma in the driveway until I can get a new driveshaft in? Thanks a ton

I've felt better. They aren't sure, but are thinking kidney stone # 3 is part of it.

This is a perfect reason to ensure your U-Joints have zerk fittings for grease and regularly check the bolts that attach the U-Joint to your drive shaft. I had a CJ-5 Jeep when I lived in Turkey. I had the same thing happen out in the middle of now where...and I mean the middle of no where (Close to the border of Iran)...Had to drive it back in 4 x 4 with the rear drive shaft taken off (About 150 miles). From that day forward I always carried extra U-Joints as part of my emergency rescue kit...
