Toyota finally has a decent color for the Tacoma. Toyota is known for their blah colors across their entire line. Black, white, silver. grey. Whoever makes the color decision must be in perpetual mourning. However, you know they will never make enough to meet the demand so getting a calvalry blue is almost impossible. They need to add some better colors.

    Welcome Steve.
That was a thoughtful and creative first post.
However, black, white, silver and grey are go-to colors for majority of the car buying population. Ask Mercedes.
People much smarter than us have more data then we can comprehend about what the demand will be in certain demographic regions.
Good luck on your search for a Tacoma.

Go to cars.com and look. Plenty of Cav. Blue out there. Since its been around for a little while now, most people that wanted one got it already.
You may have to travel or get one transferred in, but they are out there.
If you wait a few months, its possible that Voodoo blue will drop to the lower trims, if you want a color that pops.

Yeah, closest dealer had 2 cav. blue Tacomas...both were sold in a heartbeat. He has plenty of cement grey, black, white and silver Tacomas that are going nowhere even with the current incentives. He is checking in 200 mile radius but so far has not been able to find anything. As far as the drab colors are the only ones people want.... check out Ford, Chevy, Dodge and GMC trucks they make many different colors and are selling well so much for the guy with the first reply who said the drab colors are the only ones that sell.

Must be a regional thing because it’s a dime a dozen around here. When I was buying in November quicksand was harder to get but any dealer could get one inside a day.

I want a Cav Blue too. I've maybe seen 2 in my area, but a ton of Quicksand,Grey,Silver and especially White everywhere. It's not a color most people go for,but when they do it's harder to get one
