Hello TacomaWorld!

Hello everybody. I just figured I'd introduce myself and why I am here.

Back when I was 18 (2008) I purchased an 04 4runner. One of the first things I did was join the 4runner forum. I loved it, had my own build thread (mainly cosmetic) and all that jazz.

Fast forward 11 years, I was in a relationship, fell off the web, and lost myself... and I traded it in for a Nissan Altima, I got into Real Estate and needed something that looked good and didn't care. I know... I know.

Well I am now single, live alone, got my life back in order, I am still picking up some pieces and getting back on track financially but the gist is that I will not have the Nissan anymore and I am in the market.

My thoughts are 2004~2012 Tacoma double cab. V6 preferred. (Prerunner? Not sure) hoping to stay under 12k.
Daily driver of 5 miles for work. But my goal is to start camping again. I loved the 4runner but like the idea of the open bed.

Anyways. Thanks to everyone, it's a community that wouldn't be here if you didn't create it. Now, I'll be trapped in the search bar and sticky threads for the next few weeks.

Also going to hunt for a good app to use. I tried tapatalk back in the 4runner days but still ended up just in the browser.

Welcome! Those are some good years. Should be able to find something in that range. Yes, you’ll probably want a prerunner. Glad you’re getting your life back to track.
