Is this the only Event Info available a week before the event? I found this on the registration page and not the Event Info>Event Schedule page This is such a professional experience, no emails promoting the event, no emails with a schedule, just a receipt once they took my money and now fuck you.

 

It’s all volunteer run for charity. Some volunteers have been there since the beginning but others haven’t. It’s not like expo that is a completely for profit event with heaps of money to spend on media presence.

Schedule will be posted on the board under the event pavilion which is where the catered meals, live band, and raffle will be held.

 

There's catered meals? What's the charity?

No need for "Media Presence". Even a volunteer run event can post some real info about their event online.. It's not like this is the first year they are doing it..
