at this point i know it was the Regulator or something

i work about 10 minute of my house so i drive the truck and the same day i check 4-5 time

and the Alternator now Stable at 13.8 Any load but the battery light stay on

some say i burn a diode i keep it run about 2 week the light never get off
now i try to change alternator

Have you looked at your battery? That would be the first place I would look for problems. Batteries can fail in many ways: shorted cells, sulfation, loss of electrolyte, etc. I have seen some pretty crazy problems caused by batteries. You could just have a bad cable connection. Check that first, then take the battery out and have a competent technician test it before you waste too much time chasing ghosts.

Did you check the Alt-S fuse?
    This regulates the charge Voltage.

Also be sure to check all connections on the alternator.

Wild Ass Guess. Check the grounds. I have gotten some strange stuff happen because of bad grounds. Start with the thick black wire from your battery to the body. Clean (with a wire brush) the terminal at the battery and the connection to the body.

    Bon chance.

If you still have the old alternator I would take it to get it tested, autoparts stores here will do that for free. If not I would see if you can take the truck and get the charging system checked, also something done free here at autoparts stores.

Your new battery may have a bad cell in it.
I have had this happen before...
    Try another battery.
