Is or was there such a thing? Toyota Tundra CrewMax with 4.7L V8.

I watched several on-line reviews on the CrewMax, and they made the statement that the 4.7 is also available (but the one they are reviewing is the 5.7).

Is there such a configuration? Or is limited to certain geographic locations? It's NA according to the current Toyota website (for 2019 model)

The question is not why I would want this, how the MPG is not that different, or I'll love the power of the 5.7, or the 4.7 is a slug in that big of a truck.

I just want to know if such configuration exist, or did exist at one time.

There is a Tundra section link from this forum. I didn't want to create another login ID just to ask one question. So I'm posting it here.

    TIA.

Sorry I didn't note that. There was the 4.6 and 4.7 V8. I guess the 4.6 is the newer (current) one.

4.7 was only available in the Tundy till 2009. Great engine though.
