    Is there a way to adjust the resolution on your touchscreen? In person, looks grayish.

    you can adjust the brightness and contrast. its in the settings menu somewhere

    In the options you can go to camera and adjust some things. Doesn't help much, but make it a little better. that's kinda what you're gonna get

    Lots, straight from the factory.
    I would assume thee is some specific pushing of buttons to get you to the programming screen. Every car I have owned with a backup camera (Infiniti, BMW, Mercedes) all had a "secret" putton press option that would get you to a hidden screen.
    I would think this would be the same.
