Lift & rear air suspension from previous owner but unsure exactly.
Apparently after moving to NH you have to pass their emission tests regardless if you passed in your previous location. A local Toyota dealership in my area gives free inspections and informed me that I need to replace both cats before I can get NH State emission tags.

Right now I'm on a pretty tight budget after spending most of our savings on relocating to our new home but would really appreciate any and all suggestions for replacement parts.

    Thank you!

OEM cats are by far the best quality ones you can get but they are stupid expensive.

Magnaflow makes the best aftermarket options from what I've found, I have theirs installed on my 04. Passed CA smog with flying colors using them (got the CA legal variety, more $$ but they pass emissions).

I don't know what NH requires as far as cats goes but check with Magnaflow and see what they offer.

Whatever you do don't get universal catalytic converters, if you need to pass emissions chances are you won't with those. Again though it really depends on what kind of testing they do and I'm really not familiar with NH tests.

Might be worth stopping by a local exhaust shop and see what they have to say.
