After 80K miles, I had my rotors, pads, and calipers replaced on my 2011 Tacoma by a certified Toyota mechanic at a local Ford dealership (the local Toyota dealership went out of business in 2011). Driving home it was fine when I stopped for a sandwich; however, 3 miles closer to home at traffic light, the brakes locked up. Two more traffic lights later, I got home. At each stop again, the brakes locked up and the vehicle shook. I had it towed back to the dealer.

Someone adjusted the rear brakes far to tight.
