are there and racks on the market that can convert to a shell/topper by adding panels and or a soft top?

I have a boat and we have a snap cover. I am imagining a roof rack that in the winter/rainy season I can snap on a soft top cover (similar to a boat cover). Or a roof rack that just has solid panels that insert on the roof rack to enclose it. Anything like this available. If not why not!?!?

The Nuthouse Inc Racks looks similar to Leitner to me as well but super expensive
