2006 SR5 speed sensors...

    Hello,
    Check engine light on speed sensor code thrown, Speedo not working. ..

    130k miles.
    Code is the 500 code, if i recall correctly.


    What is the best first step for diagnosis,?? I'm guessing of course just checking each sensor? Could it also be the transmission sensor? Thank you
