    Hello everyone!
I've been searching the forums for some insight on this but came up without much luck. I have a 2012 taco, it came with a key fob that has a remote start. When I bought the truck all the fob buttons worked well, but it's slowly working less even after changing the batteries and taking it apart to clean the contact. I've also reprogrammed it to the truck with no improvement. I believe the buttons are just going bad ... I've tried finding this exact fob online and none look the same. It has no brand or marking on it. I've looked at other Tacoma fobs and none I've seen are like this one. I'd like to replace it with one with a remote start button. Does anyone have one like this or know where to find one ? Or what are some similar options. thanks in advance!

Here ya go: it's a Compustar Keyless Remote Start Fob 1WAMR-PRO. Here is one on eBay, there may be other places if you search for that Compustar part number:

Good luck, hope a new one works for you.
