    Lots of drinking lately, not many pictures. Played a round of golf at a really nice course in Newport, mostly shots and Coors light with some nice whiskey at the end.

    Had our baby shower last night and ripped through my keg of Munich Helles. Buddy brought some stuff from a spot in Fresno that he always sends pics of their crazy flavors.

    Plus a local hazy my buddy brought by.

    Treehouse Haze and Mikerphone Smells Like Bean Spirit from Friday night.

    The Haze was solid, but I was expecting a little more... Maybe I just hyped it up too much in my head. The Smells Like Bean Spirit was everything I wanted in a desert stout... Lots of coffee and sweet maple syrup!

    We hit up the Splodey and Splodey King release at Variant Brewing Saturday AM for my GF. It’s their heavily fruited berliner, and I thought both were actually really tasty. The King Splodey comes in at 11% and is dangerously chuggable!

    After Variant, we hit up Pontoon Brewing’s Brownie Bash... Lots of BBA diabeetus stouts to be had! Check-in and bottle pick up was a little disorganized, but all of the beers were great and a handful were amazing! Little bummed that they dropped the bottle limit from 2 to 1 pp before the release started. And we missed the BBA coconut Oreo variant by about 10 people.

    Starting Sunday evening out with a Treehouse Hold on To Sunshine. Pretty good, but nothing I’d go out of my way to chase down.

    Time to decide what is on deck next!
