    Today the Coast Guard lost a brother. He took his own life after shooting his wife and son. He daughter is still in critical condition. All with no indications that his co workers noticed. The holidays can be rough for us who are or did serve. Please don't let the stress build up to a point where you snap. Please reach out to fellow friends or base services. And please, watch out for each other and bring it up if you notice something.
