Yeah I don't have any issues. I just changed my LED replacement bulbs back to OEm and cover my pods. They don't say anything about everything else. I think rocklights or underglow lights are fine you just can't drive with them on. I do remove my Best Top because i haven't ever wired the third brake light but that's no big deal

Don't you have to get your permission slip signed to drive on the road?

You just need to drive out in the country a little they will pass just about anything out here with a little persuasion.

Your vehicle registration and state inspection are actually linked to one another. I had a motor cycle with the inspection like 5 years expired but current registration.

I didn't want to acknowledge what a fix it ticket was. I thought that was what you were talking about. Get a ticket for something, fix it, get it signed off, and move on.

I don’t even think it’s a fix it ticket. Just a fine and move on.

In MD if you get stopped for having a brake light out. You could get a ticket or repair order to correct the issue. You fix your brake light and have a Trooper sign off that your brake light has been fixed.

Just cover the light with black tape and unplug or turn off the under cab LEDS you should be fine. You can always ask before they start the inspection. Also ask around and check reviews some shops are tougher than others.

You live in a nice part of Virginia.

Thanks for the help, guys. I might just give it a try with some electrical tape over the rock light lenses and the fuse pulled. Anyone from Harrisonburg and have a good suggestion for an inspection shop?
