That’s normal. If I remember correctly that noise is the solenoids controlling the brakes.

It is not designed to be used in a driveway. Using it unloaded on flat ground creates a feedback loop as the throttle and ABS systems try to modulate against each other.

Try it on some steep crazy shit where you actually need it and you will be impressed.

I noticed under just normal conditions, it makes more frequent noise in 1 or 2. Put it in 5 and check it out for fun.

Everyone is right though, it's working as designed and normal.

I had the same experience. Hard to believe this is "normal", but mine seems to make all the same noises as others. I was also on fairly level ground. I thought my truck was having a seizure.

I said it before but in a different thread

When it is jerky and it lurches and pushed you the driver back and forth, the vehicle is not going fast enough ( I know sounds crazy butttt) the vehicle is setting a speed limit, when it passes the limit it will apply more brakes ( more than the ABS system normally would to control wheel spin) so the terrain and speed setting are not matching each other. Find terrain that requires CC, and match the speed to it and it will start to make sense. Just like everything else it is a tool for specific purposes. Just need to find out what those are
