    For me, the top of the phone in the mount is below the bump (power bulge for the skewp) in the hood.

    It will probably not line up with the threaded holes in the DMM. If you get the arm kit with the DMM, that ball will fit the arm. You would need a case or something else that holds your device to bolt that part to. I used one of these on my motorcycle for a phone mount. They work well. You cal also buy the handlebar clamp ball mounts separately, but you will need some sort of washer/bushing to make it work. The kit that comes with the DMM has those already.
