Stationary bike, lat-pull machine, bench, free weights, bars. The lat-pull machine was a big plus to my work out. I just hate it when friends come over to the man cave, get wasted and try to work out.

I'm not working with much space, so it's like musical chairs in this room.

Actually, the entire house is like that. We've outgrown it, but I'm trying to hang on as long as I can before moving.

Pretty simple garage setup. Rack with bench press and adjustable dumbell set. I pretty much stick to the 5x5 routine with a few added on moves like pullups and curls. Excited to get back after it once I'm home from the holidays. Def out of shape at the moment.

I was really worried about that myself as well! Honestly though, for me if it's right there and I see it everyday I find it harder to avoid and make excuses. I also tend to tidy up the garage anytime I'm exercising which is a bonus.

Bumping an old thread, instead of starting a new one.

I am starting to create a space in my garage, and saw a very similar rack to this (if not the same) on Amazon.
    I was wondering:
    -How tall is your ceiling?
-Do know if there is a dip attachment for this rack, and can it be used of the rack is not bolted down?

    Mine is super simple.

pull up bar, 75lb band, belt for plates, 25lb plate, 20lb medicine ball, 40lb weight vest, 70lb sand bag.

pull up bar and sand bag are probably the most used. Depends on what I’m doing but the sand bag has two separate bags in it each at 35lbs or so. I also run a lot and do the normal body weight stuff (burpees, push ups, sit ups, etc)

Not sure about the ceiling height, out of town. But there are definitely those dip attachments. They're universal for these racks. Been looking into getting some myself

This pandemic has pushed my wife and I to quit our gym memberships (mostly my wifes decision) and build a home gym in our garage. It's not done yet so I won't post pics YET. Some of the stuff we ordered has arrived but still waiting on a lot of stuff.

    Here and installed:
    - Titan Fitness T3 18" Slim Wall Mount Squat/Bench/Pullup Rack
    - Treadmill
    - 3#/5#/10#/20# Dumbbell Pairs & Dumbbell Rack
    - Titan Fitness #45 pair of rubber bumper plates
    - Flybird Adjustable Bench
    - 1/2" Rubberized Gym Flooring 10x10'
    - Titan Fitness Atlas Olympic Bar
    - Peloton Stationary Bike
    - 30#/40# Dumbbell Pairs
    - Titan Fitness 10#/25# Pairs of Rubber Bumper Plates
    - Titan Fitness Plate holders

Not including the treadmill or Peloton, we've probably spent around $1200 on the gym equipment which is about 4 months of our old gym ($300/month).

Updated my list. My 45# bumper plates finally came in along with my Olympic bar so I can start doing some real workouts now!

This is my home setup. I started building it out last fall before Covid (weights, rack, and platform), and finished it over the summer. I compete in powerlifting, but it does everything I need. I haven't been to my commercial gym since March.

Updated my list... finally received all the equipment i've ordered. And, I finally got around to taking a photo. Gym is in our garage... takes up maybe a little less than half of the garage space. Well worth it:

    IMG_2576.jpg

With this set up I can get pretty much get a solid ass workout in! Today I did legs and was watching some clips from Pumping Iron to keep me motivated.

Guys, that's cool! You are great. My sports equipment is a yoga mat and some dumbbells. The main workouts are running and yoga. I started to play sports recently. My wife said that I need to lose weight and remove my stomach.
I run 3 times a week, I do yoga with my wife. We are doing video tutorials. There are many video tutorials on YouTube and it's free. And I also downloaded these video workouts via youtube downloader apk. It’s more convenient to do it. So far I have enough training.

I converted my garage into a gym on one side and a bar area on the other. I was able to move all my storage stuff in attic, basement, and some will go in cabinets in garage once I get them!

Gym is still a work in progress but everything should fit on the one wall with a minimal footprint. I just want kettle bells and dumbbells and I think I’ll have almost everything I need for now. The elliptical is my dads, I’m just holding onto it for now. I want an assault bike eventually. Not pictured is a plyo box and rogue adjustable bench.

Then lastly we have made one room into the house as a “studio/wellness” room. Right now it only has a peloton and we do yoga/stretching in there too. But plan on getting a water rower as well. Maybe a treadmill, who knows.

Digging the black wall. I should paint my baby blue wall black... would look much better. We also keep our Peloton in a separate room from our garage gym. The Peloton is definitely nice!
