    What did you do with the excess fender lining? Can you get some pics of it?

    I used a heat gun and hand bent them. I also ordered so thermoplastic sheets from Amazon and I will custom make some to rest up against the frame better and under fog light.

    I will when I get done in the garage with it. Had the exhaust re route done yesterday and I installed the RCI rock sliders. Just getting things ready for the CBI overland skid plates.

    I just used a dremel with a cut off wheel. I felt I had more control with that. Then switched to a round stone bit for the corners. Finished with block sanding on a small piece of wood and 400 grit to smooth the edges

    Didnt read all the posts, but I have a hidden winch and the black piece in the middle is completely unsupported underneath. I have considered doing this and also cutting the black piece along that bend line. It would follow that line seamlessly.

    I may get drunk and bored this weekend and do it. Ill share pics if I do. After footbsll of course.

    Just cut up my 2nd gen.......it is a little extreme but will grow on you like a fungus. Pictures to come.
    Had this idea about a month ago. The toughest thing was relocating the fog light. Once the fogs are in, I will show the progress and final pics
